Refunds and Returns

If you are not satisfied with one of Stanley Market's products, we can refund the cost of the product or exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value, within 30 days of the order date. 

Please contact Stanley Market for approval of your return or exchange.

All returned products will be refunded for the cost of the item, minus the shipping costs.   Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be made to the same form of payment as the original purchase.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item.

Stanley Market cannot be responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned.

All refunds will be made upon receipt of any returned items.  If a product is being replaced or exchanged, we will ship the new product as soon as receiving the returned item.
